History is too small to contain that man’s story. So, to make it short: Ali was born deaf to Egyptian parents.
Born in England, his mother could not take the fact that her son is profoundly deaf, but two things helped her to be reassured:
- His doctor father and Ali’s great persistence to be the best that he can.
At 20 years of age Ali could Read lips in 4 different languages (English, Arabic, Some Italian, master the International sign language and even read body language to people’s amazement)
